When I first met Josie to interview for childcare, I knew instantly that she would be a perfect fit for my family. My son would be starting at the young age of 6 weeks old (good old unpaid maternity leave) so I was very nervous of where to send him. Josie made me feel comfortable right away and I knew my son would be taken good care of. Josie and her husband Rob are like family after my son stayed at her daycare until he turned 3 years old. He only left to progress into a preschool program otherwise he would have stayed. He absolutely loved going to see Ms. Josie everyday and still asked a year later when we can go visit. We can never say enough good things about the care and compassion we experienced with Josie’s Daycare. Thank you for being part of our family!

Hi, My name is Josie and I am the owner of Josie’s Home Day-Care. I have been taking care of children for 23 years. I have made Virginia Beach my home for 40 years! I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I have three sons, ages 23, 17, and 15.I love children and helping them learn through play and teaching them the basics. I have many excellent references! I currently have two openings.
